1. Order Processing Time

4. Battery & Flashlight Shipping Regulations
- High-performance flashlights containing high-capacity rechargeable lithium-ion batteries are subject to international aviation and maritime dangerous goods regulations.
- Safety Packaging: Batteries may be pre-installed inside the flashlight body with an insulation sheet (which must be removed before first use) or packed securely according to shipping compliance standards.
- Carrier Adjustments: Due to lithium battery transport restrictions, we reserve the right to switch to an equivalent carrier capable of handling battery shipments to your specific destination.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
6. Wrong Address & Delivery Issues
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with family members or neighbors first.
