Non-Returnable Items
- Products showing clear signs of custom modification, unauthorized repair, or severe user-inflicted damage (e.g., extreme impact, water damage beyond the rated IPX depth, battery leakage from third-party batteries).
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Gift cards.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your flashlight is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at [Your Email Address]. We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement unit or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Return Process
- Request a Return: Email our support team at [Your Email Address] with your order number, photo/video proof of the issue (if damaged or defective), and the reason for the return.
- Receive Authorization: If your return is approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
